## No advice

Nothing in this repository, its documentation, its UI, its plugins, or its example
flows should be treated as:

* tax advice
* regulatory advice

Any wallet, mining, bond, federation, marketplace, trading, or news-related
functionality is operator-controlled software behavior, not a recommendation to take
any real-world action.

## Operator responsibility

If you use Fased with:

* wallets or signers
* crypto assets
* SAT mining
* bonded federation
* operator network features
* marketplace offers
* trading or market/news plugins

you are solely responsible for:

* custody and key management
* validating balances, transactions, and counterparties
* risk controls and operational security
* compliance with applicable law and regulation
* independent verification of prices, news, and market data

## Experimental surfaces

Some economic and network features in Fased are still staged, gated, or showcase-only.
Successful installation or UI visibility does not mean a feature is production-safe,

Fased can load plugins and connect to third-party providers, models, wallets, data
sources, and messaging systems.

Fased maintainers do not automatically endorse or audit every third-party plugin,
service, or data source used with this runtime.

* risk profile

## No warranty beyond the software license

The repository license already disclaims software warranties and liability. This file
adds product-specific risk clarification for finance, crypto, mining, federation,
trading, and news-related use cases. It does not replace the repository license.
